A sweetener that is good for you
For years, I have read about the health benefits of unsulphured blackstrap molasses. My wife and I use it as a natural way to get certain vitamins and minerals. She mixes it with her coffee. I drizzle it on my ice cream. Great way to get iron, calcium, magnesium, many trace minerals, B vitamins and vitamin E.

Blackstrap
This blackstrap molasses is very flavorful. It's strong too! but good!
I tried the regular molasses and it comes nothing close to this. It is high in iron and it is a good boost! 1 Tbsp a day does the trick!

Did they add water?!
They must have added water because this is not how molasses is supposed be. I remember this same brand years ago and it was thick .Too bad, but I will be using another brand.
