Great for Long Runs
I'm training for a marathon and started to incorporate these into my long run (18-21 mi) training diet. I previously just used Gu packets, which upset my stomach (especially in the later miles) and don't have the full nutrition that these have. I'd suggest mashing these around before you go running to get the mixture as soft as possible. They may not be for everyone, as the mix is viscous and requires fluids to ingest. They are also a bit bulky, but they fit fine in the zip pouch I use. I recommend them for runners.
