This is just like regular peanut butter. Same taste and texture. It augments my nutritional needs and keeps me building muscle and energy.

Very Poor Product
The original formula for this product contained flax seed, flax seed oil, wheat germ, honey and egg white protein. The new formulation contains soy protein, sugar, and molasses. The flax seeds are not ground but whole. In this form, they are not assimilated well and will likely pass through your digestive tract. This is a cheapened product and not worth buying. Instead, buy some other nut butter, preferably raw, that has health benefits.
