How to use: Take 1-2 Gels 10-20 minutes before exercise. For activities lasting more than 1 hour, take 1 Gel every 20-45 minutes during exercise. For immediate energy consume with water every 20-45 minutes during activity.
Make sure that you wash down PowerBar® Energy Gels with plenty of water.
