PowerBar Refuel Gel Tangerine -- 24 Packets
I have been training in endurance sports ( cycling, running, and triathlon) for about 5 years. I have struggled with gastric upset and brain fog with other gels. This gel has a thin texture and is not too sweet so that my stomach can handle when taken with water. It has enough caffiene to keep me alert to maintain good form during long training sessions. Have not tried yet in a race but has been good for training sessions lasting over 90 min.

Excellent source of sustained energy.
I love that this gel is more like a liquid than a gel and that there are not any sugar crystals floating around it. Those features (found in other gels) make me incredibly sick to my stomach. This gel has a more manageable texture, great taste, caffeine, and is awesome at preventing cramps.

Literally, you go girl..
Gives the edge needed for high-out workouts...acceptable taste, goes down easy, and seems to be long-lasting. I've survived 2 hours of mountainbiking (at least 1+ hours of climbing)before have to refuel. May not be an optimal interval between gels for optimal performance as described on package, but have done it and loved every minute of it (sense of fatigue was deadened somewhat ha-ha)
