I use phenibut when I really want to sleep really intense , I use 2 gram of phenibut 1 hour before i go to bed .
I sleep in really fast and when i wake up , I feel so relaxed
I recommoned this to everyone , dont take this more than 3days in a row , go 3days on , 3days off .

Extremly good product
This product will make you feel totally good as well as give you very good sleep. I should recommend this product to anyone i meet. It is like alcoholic feeling where you feel more social without impairing your ability or judgment.
