"Wasn't sure if creatine was a gimmick or legit so I tried ProLab. My lifts are steadily going up better than in years and I'm lifting more than I have in years. Make sure you do the loading and maintain each day. No bad aftertaste -- good product -- easy."

"After a lapse of about 1 year, I decided to take creatine to aid my weight lifting training. Two weeks into taking it, I did see improvement in muscle and training gain. I'll have to continue taking it for a longer period to see maximum result. I recommend it."
