This is a nice alternative to peanut butter if you are looking to cut fat and calories. Does it taste like the real thing? No, not exactly. But it is a good substitute. It can also be used in baking to lend a peanutty taste, which is nice.

Great Way to Get Protein without the Fat
I love this stuff! I mix it with water to create fresh, preservative free peanut butter. You can use it this way or add it to recipes to get a nutty flavor. I use it as a snack to keep my hypoglycemia more under control.
Please note that there is no salt in this flour so you may need to add some to enhance the flavor. I add about a pinch for every Tablespoon of dry powder.
Because there is no preservative, it will not last more than a couple of days even in the fridge. But it is so easy to mix together that that is not a problem.

I read a review about how this is like P2B, wow, this stuff is great! I made the cookies on the side of the packaging. Delish! We love it in our household! nom nom.
