cuff split on first use The "smooth, flexible PVC opening" split on the first use.. vitacost referred me to the manufacturer Pipedream products for a replacement part... they wanted me to send the pump back along with a ten dollar check and they would send me a replacement... I am still trying to get them to stand behind their product.. but the cost of sending it back plus $10 is more that I paid for the whole thing...
