Good product, especially for a youngster.
Called Pure Advantage - their products are GMO free! This product is easy to take, tastes just fine & plus it's GMO free! Won't buy any supplements that contain GMOs in it. To me your paying for an inferior product if it contains GMOs. It's like working against the benefits of taking a supplement in the first place. Have already bought this product twice & will buy it again.

one spray will do ya
just squirt onto tongue once a day for your dose, then don't eat or drink for 5 minutes or so while is soaks in. great stuff
