This supplement definitely does something. I have noticed effects when taking this. I feel it does appear to increase testosterone. It also appears to possibly give me a slight bit of energy through the day. However, it does seem to make the skin on my face a little red and sensitive (to the sun?). Another possible side effect is agression. Appears to slightly improve muscle building, though I can't speak much for this. No effects on libido/stamina noticed.
