Maybe it works I was quite faithful in taking this product. And although I experienced no side effects. I literally did not notice any change. So either, I have no candida toxicity or it doesn't do anything. Since I can't determine that w/o testing my candida levels or trying another product, I am reluctant to give this a good review. Pure Essence Labs Candex™ Yeast Management System™ Directions

Two capsules, at least one hour before breakfast, and two at bedtime, at least two hours after eating, until desired results are achieved. Always take on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. For maintenance, one capsule at bedtime. Children: 1/2 capsule, twice daily for each 40 lbs of body weight.

Storage: Keep tightly closed at room temperature.
