Pure Essence Labs FemCreme™ Directions

1/4 teaspoon yields the 24mg of natural progesterone recommended by Dr. John R. Lee. Rotate application between face, chest, back of neck, hands, etc.

For Menstruating Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27.

For Perimenopausal Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 12th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 27.

For Menopausal Women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily for 21 days. Take one week off, then resume. After 90 days, reduce to once daily.

Ingredients: Natural, micronized USP progesterone and 2.5% standardized black cohosh in a base of purified water; safflower oil, vegetable glycerin, Vitamins E & C, natural cetyl alcohol, sorbitan palmitate, polysorbate 40, wild yam extract, almond, jojoba, sesame and avocado oils; extracts of red raspberry, nettles, chaste tree, dong quai, blue cohosh, damiana, irish moss, eleuthero root, burdock root, hops, uva ursi, passion flower, lemon balm, squaw vine, yellow dock; sargassum sea minerals, allantoin; peach oil; citrus seed extract; Sodiumhydroxymethylglycinate (natural enzyme preservative).
