Great Stuff!
This is the only thing that helped get past a major issue with constipation. Pills with mg just didn't do anything. It also helps sleep. The doctor had me do 4-6 times a day to get things going and now I just do 1-2 times a day. It tastes MUCH better to me than the sour raspberry flavor. Thankful for this stuff.
