Good product, but
If I had read the small print closer I would not have ordered this product because it requires that you take 6 capsules daily. That is too many. This is also a lot pricier than the brand I used to use (which is no longer being made). Fortunately, I have found another vegan brand that does not require taking so many pills and is a lot more affordable.

Some research indicates that Calcium Bis-Glycinate is the most absorbable form of Calcium. Tests show that this form of Calcium is 205 times more soluble than Calcium Citrate. In human studies, Calcium Bis-Glycinate was shown to be 1.8 times (180%) more absorbable than Calcium Citrate and 21% better than Calcium Citrate Malate.
