Not all its hyped up to be Not as good as i though it would be, maybe i am becoming stim tolerant but i had better results with knock off NOsplode. Didnt feel much of anything ill prob go try nosplode. Mixability wasnt to good either. Taste ok not anything fancy April 1, 2013

Revs you up I bought this off a recommendation from a coworker. I'm glad I did. I play a lot of soccer and I found a half-dose keeps me going through several games whereas before I would be "done" after the second. A full dose before a gym workout let's me do that little bit extra and I recover much quicker (and am less sore later on). I haven't had any crashes or any negative side effects so far. Take exactly 1 level scoop 20-30 minutes prior to intense exercise. Mix with 12-16 ounces of cold water according to your desired flavor/sweetness level. First time users or users sensitive to stimulants should consume with a small mixed food meal until personal tolerance is assessed. Muscle Marinade™ can be used on non training days as well. Take 1 scoop with breakfast or whenever you need to accelerate your mind and muscles throughout the day.
