Like no other pre workout I've tried before I've take a lot of the popular supps, but this one really works great. No gitters just a great pump. Only thing is, if you take it late in the day, one scoop and you won't be sleeping that night. Good luck... April 26, 2013

great pre-workout This stuff is amazing. Probably not for caffeine sensitive people. I used to drink redline before working out, but needed to switch it up. This stuff i do either 1/2 a scoop or close to a full scoop if I need lots of energy. It really starts to kick in when you normally start to get tired so that you can power through your cardio/weights. Make sure to shake it up really good, or the powder/crystals settle at the bottom for a nasty last drink. March 21, 2013

Take exactly 1 level scoop 20-30 minutes prior to intense exercise. Mix with 12-16 ounces of cold water according to your desired flavor/sweetness level. First time users or users sensitive to stimulants should consume with a small mixed food meal until personal tolerance is assessed. Muscle Marinade™ can be used on non training days as well. Take 1 scoop with breakfast or whenever you need to accelerate your mind and muscles throughout the day.
