When we set out to make chocolate wafers bars, we had no idea how many variables were involved. How thin should each layer of wafer be? How sweet should we make the batter? How many layers? How much filling? How much chocolate? Our quest was for a product that would gratify and satisfy with just the right combination of light and airy wafer, delectable cream filling, and exceptional Belgian chocolate covering the whole shebang.
