Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Moisturizer Stick -- 1 oz
Perfect nighttime lip balm
I swear by cocoa butter for stretch marks, chapped lips, and various other things. It is SO important to remember that PURE cocoa butter will be in a solid form, unless it's melted down. Whenever I see lotions at the drugstore that advertise having cocoa butter in them, I cringe because I know it's not real or else it's not enough. I love this cocoa butter stick because it's pure cocoa butter and soothes my lips whenever I need it most!

This is a hard stick that falls apart and smells just plain nasty! I don't think you could use it unless you melt it? It went in the trash!!!

I used Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Stick when I was pregnant 35 years ago! It is still around for a reason...it WORKS!! Around my 5th month of pregnancy the skin around my belly and other places, began to feel taunt. I kept a stick in my bathroom, and tucked one in my purse. Unlike messy creams and lotions this little inexpensive gem is easy to apply. Just push up the 100% cocoa butter solid and smooth on where needed. The cocoa butter melts onto your skin. Smells pleasant, and is very soothing, and moisturizing. I never experienced any stretchmarks!! Over the years I have recommended this wonderful product to many Mommy's To Be!

Bad container design!
The product itself is VERY good, melts like butter (and is more easily melted with body temp than the other coco butter product in the yellow tube. That one seems harder, more waxy). So although this is an excellent product, I only gave it 4 stars because they need to redo the design of the container. It's a hassle to push it out and then push it back in again to get the cap on it. Then when you use the product, it makes it even MORE difficult to get the cap on. What they NEED is a design like a lip balm (only bigger), where it has a dial on the bottom and a cap that snaps onto the OUTER rim, NOT the inner rim!!
I finally melted down mine and refilled it into an empty lip balm tube, because I got so fed up with their bad design (the tube plastic even split open, great huh?!). Now it's Sooo much better now and convenient. One tip though: cocoa butter is very "melty" in hot weather, so don't put it in your purse in the summer or on a hot day, unless you want a messy purse.

Very deep moisturizer
This has worked great 4 me so far. I'm pregnant & had got a couple stretch marks b4 I got this but haven't got another 1 since using it. It's a very deep moisturizer & last a long time on the skin & the bonus about this product is that it smells like CHOCOLATE ! Yumm
