Sodium Lauryl Sulfate Read ingredients. I used to trust that Vitacost had organic products, so I took that for granted. This product contains sodium lauryl sulfate AND artificial color and chemicals. That being said, if those things don't bother you, the product works well. I like the way it gently scrubs, and the smell is pleasant. So I'm reviewing based on my mom's standards, instead of my organic-seeking nature. ;) January 1, 2012

Queen Helene Natural Facial Scrub Pomegranate and Raspberry Directions

Gently massage onto clean, moistened face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse off with warm water. Use once a week, or more often if your skin is oily.

Ingredients: Water (aqua), juglans regia (walnut) shell powder, stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, kaolin, sodium lauryl sulfate, rubus idaeus (raspberry) seed, punica granatum (pomegranate) fruit extract, dimethicone, cocamidopropyl betaine, triethanolamine, sorbitol, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, fragrance, red 33 (CI 17200).
