Queen Helene Original Formula Antioxidant Grape Seed Extract Peel Off Masque -- 6 oz
Peels away great!
The consistency of this mask is thick. like honey. It takes a few minutes to spread on a layer that is thin enough to dry, yet thick enough to give you the good peel-away affect. Once it dries, it peels away in one piece-- similar to peeling away Elmers clue from the palm of your hand… If you ever did that as a kid. As other readers have stated the mask does have fumes that could be in irritant to those with a sensitivity to fumes. It is not as strong and odor as rubber cement, but it's in the neighborhood.
Tip: avoid getting it in your hair line and brows.

Nothing Organic About It...
But I still love it. I purchased it without reading the ingredients, so that was my own error. But I'm actually glad I did, because it works really well and I love it. Yes, it has chemicals, which I usually try to avoid. But I didn't get any eye stinging or bombardment with scents like another reviewer said- it has a mild, pleasant smell to me. And it's FUN. That's what I like about it.
It's a little hard to apply- it comes in a thick, gel-like form, and it's hard to smooth it on evenly. You think it's not going to work. But then it dries, and it is so much fun to peel off! My skin feels clean and fresh afterward. Will I buy it again? Yes. Will I feel guilty about the chemicals? Yes. ;)

The mask really feels like it takes away the grim off my face. I also enjoy peeling the mask off.

shld not use this, period!
bought this on Vitacost, thought it shld be a healthy product. Far not. Full of stinky perfume, and alcohol. The smells from these caused my eyes almost teary. if you want a relaxed moment while doing this mask, forget it. the alcohol and chemical perfume smell are tooo stinky and strong! stick to Jason or something, I will.
