Awesome bar I usually hate these kind of bars but this tastes so good and is packed with protein and fiber. I use it as a meal replacement or have half a bar as a snack. Satisfying, filling and keeps me going when I'm on the run. Can't recommend enough ! April 19, 2013

These bars are great for someone who is concerned about getting enough protein as I am. However the flavor and consistency left something to be desired. I would buy them again for the simple fact that they give me a high amount of protein along with a fairly low amount of calories. I eat mostly a vegetarian diet along with some chicken and fish once in a while. Also, I eat some plain yogurt with fruit. The protein I eat, though, comes mostly from plant based foods. In fact, that is what I would prefer doing. March 27, 2013
