Rainbow Light B-Complex You will notice a difference right away with this product made from whole foods verses the synthetic made B complex. I see an herbalist who says all of our vitamins should be food based whenever possible because the body knows what to do with them right away. It truly recognizes them as food !! March 2, 2012

meh Food based? not exactly, certainly not like the New Chapter or Garden of Life food based vitamins, but it is a lot cheaper, it may do the job of boosting your b's while its in your system, but doubtful it would enhance your health over all. Perhaps nutritional yeast would be the most effective and cost efficient way to get your b's. They are rock hard and a little tricky to swallow April 16, 2010
