Why the wrong D? They took out the iron but put in the wrong D vitamin. D3 is the source we need, not D2. D3 is in all their other vitamins, why not this one? I won't take it because of this and can't recommend anyone else take it either. Do the research! August 14, 2012

Works Well with Digestive Systems This multi works well with other vitamins and does not provide a Vit B 'buzz'. Been using for over a year now with no adverse affects. November 29, 2010

So far, so nice. So far these have been nice for my husband. I like that they have nothing to interfere with his meds. He needs zero idodine due to hyperactive thyroid and he could do with or without iron. I think they are higher quality than most. I take them sometimes, but I need to add iron with mine.
