Not Sure Yet I just started using the product, so I'm not sure at this time if it is helping me. September 16, 2010

Men's vitamin I've taken this vitamin for quite a while now and like it. No stomach upset. I don't know if vitamins really help a lot but a multi is probably a good idea to take every day. I think it does help give me energy with the B12 because I do have a little problem absorbing nutrition. It's very reasonable cost for a good multi. September 6, 2009
