All natural and yummy! Win-win for both of us! My 3 yr old son loves his "star" vitamins and even reminds US to give him one! We tell him that they help keep him big and strong. He loves the flavor too. I like these over gummies because I feel these don't stick to his teeth as much. But whatever works for you...as long as they are taking something! My son loves these! I had purchased some gummy vitamins from Sam's club initially to give to my 2 1/2 yr old son. He would take them with breakfast and seemed to enjoy them. I saw the online sale for the rainbow light vitamins which is a brand I am a huge fan of from both of my pregnancies and gave them a try. My son doesn't want the gummy ones anymore.
