Excellent - it really works!
I have tried so many things - and this truly reduced my PMS symtoms. The first month I tried it, I took it 15 days before I was supposed to start, and it was truely a relief. I will say I have many books on natural alternatives and I had just gotten an older copy of the Canadian edition of the Encyclopedia of Natural healing and their section on PMS relief suggested the use use of nearly all the ingredients in this blend - I am amazed, and just ordered two more bottles - thank you for great price Vitacost!

Good Natural Supplement for PMS
Does a good job at taking the most of the edge off of mood swings. Keeps sore breast issues at bay as well. Wish more came in a bottle.

Great product
I usually start taking this a week before my cycle begins and during my cycle. It has made such a difference in my mood during these times. My only wish is that it came in 150 tablets instead of just 30 tablets.

Simply Amazed.
I normally have a lot of PMS symptoms 7 to 10 days before onset of my period: breast soreness, bloating, irritatbility, constipation, hip and leg pains. I've been taking Rainbow Light PMS Relief twice a day for the last 20 days. When my it was time for my cycle, almost all of my PMS symptoms disappeared! I almost forgot I was going to get my period, this product worked for me that well. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from PMS.
