love the scent
When I found out how terrible a certain brand that I will refer to as J&J was as far as poisonous ingredients, I found Rainbow Research at Whole Foods. But, again, the price just killed me. I bought it anyway because my kid's health is important enough to pay a few extra dollars. The spray smells like cloves, which is nice. When I found it on Vitacost.com I was so happy because now we can have healthy and safe products without having to sacrifice our rent money, lol!

Love it!
I haven't read any of the other reviews... but felt compelled to speak up since i have had a wonderful experience with this product. My daughter is two and wakes up with a nest of teased hair on whatever side she slept on. I just spray this in the problem area and gently brush out her hair. Her hair stays sleek and smooth all day. I feel like the detangler actually helps to correct any damage that the nights rubbing does. Before this product.. a brushing never fully tamed the unruly hairs and I felt brushing it out without the spray was further damaging her hair.

Not worth it
My daughter has long straight hair. We tried using it when her hair was dry and wet. Either way it did not get out the tangles. I finally quit using it. Did like the smell either.

Disapionted.
I normally use the Kiss My Face Orange Cream de-tangler but I tried this one because it was less expensive. It has a very unpleasant smell, slightly of alcohol. I will not buy tis again.

This detangler does not work that well and has a funny smell, kind of like alcohol. I have to put a lot on my daughter's hair for it to work. Overall, not too happy with my purchase.
