Lemon Herb Asparagus
1 Pouch Red Fork Lemon Herb Asparagus Seasoning Sauce
1 bunch asparagus (about 1 pound), ends trimmed
1. Heat the Lemon Herb Sauce in a large nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat.
2. Add the asparagus and 2 tablespoons of water, mix well to coat with sauce.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.
Variation: Use sauce as directed with thinly sliced zucchini and other summer squash.
