2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast
1 Pouch Red Fork Sunday Pot Roast Seasoning Sauce
2 cups broth or water
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Brown roast in 1 to 2 tbsp of oil in a Dutch oven set over medium-high heat until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Pour the Pot Roast Sauce and 2 cups broth or water over beef. Cover and cool in oven until fork tender, 2 to 3 hours.
Slow Cooker Variation: Brown beef as directed. Put beef, Seasoning Sauce and 1 cup broth in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until fort-tender, 6 to 8 hours.
