Terrible for endurance Took about 2 weeks for me to notice a difference. I tend to do alot of endurance work in between my strength training. I got some incredible pumps from this product but overall my workouts were cut short. My muscles became fatigued way too fast. I did get some size gains but without the strength it's worthless. I'm not going to give it one star as maybe those into bodybuilding might appreciate this product. August 18, 2012

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules daily. For extreme results use 2 bottles of FinaFlex 1-Andro consecutively over a 40-60 day period. Do not use FinaFlex 1-Andro for more than 60 days consecutively. Take at least 60 days off before starting another cycle of FinaFlex 1-Andro.
