I did not know there is such a difference between salts. This salt is "saltier" than regular, so you can use less. Makes food tastier, I can't explain how. Salt lasts longer since I use less.

Must-have kitchen staple
This is probably the healthiest salt you can use - not processed, with all the minerals left intact. Beautifully colored, by nature.

A bit too fine not as coarse as I like.
Ok it's a decent kosher sea salt but I would prefer it just a bit more coarse. Will use it up just fine and maybe by that time I'll decide I like it best or better than the coarser ones. But in the meantime it's coarser than the fine which I use in cooking a lot but want a coarse salt for making salty sweet candy's and pretzels and bread topping. I'll use it like I said and no problem there. The sack is handy but I prefer to store salt in glass jars with plastic lids that fit them. Canning jars the straight sided ones are my favorites. Ball makes those.

True natural salt!
The only salt my family uses - taste is excellent, and the kosher salt is great to use in a variety of recipes. Buy it!

Best Salt Ever
I love this salt. The taste is much better even when I use less than other salt. It is the only salt I use now that I have been spoiled.
