Start Feeling Good
I have been using this product for sometime now. I feel so much better and more energetic. I work hard at staying healthy and when one feels good then you know you are doing something right. Taking Daily Cleanse, eating right, and exercising, you can't go wrong. I truly recommend trying this. Its a great product.

This stuff is awesome
I started the South Beach diet which is basically no carbs for the first two weeks. Translation... no fiber! And we all know what that means. Well I took this stuff one in the morning and one at night (less than the daily recommended dose) and it worked like a charm. I LOVE this product because it's very gentle and does not have anything harmful or addicting in it, like senna. Highly recommend it. And their cleanses.

Made me sick
Unfortunately this product made me sick. I tried it after doing the Renew 15 day initial cleanse (which I had no trouble with). This particular daily cleanse made me sick (stomach pain, diarrhea, etc) to the point I was missing work. After several days of taking the recommended dose, I decreased the dose to 1 capsule per day and I continued to have the symptoms. At this point, I stopped taking the pills all together and by the next day I was symptom free.

Quality product
I like Renew life products. I find them to be of good quality. I also use the intestinal flora and liquid green.
