costipated still you really need to drink water with this product, in spite of the quality of the ingredients and the great fact is provides probiotics it is had to have a bowel movement without constipations. Is it suppose to do the opposite? March 21, 2009

Renew Life Prodcuts I use this for the probatics and it is wonderful. Does not have a great taste, but I drink it first thing in the morning and FEEL GREAT and not hungry. This stuff works. June 1, 2008

A very good value. This product combines excellent fiber and probiotics to keep your intestines very happy. I'll admit that I don't like taking it in water, but I can add it to my cereal, yogurt, or sprinkle on salad. I use to be gassy. Now I'm fine and very regular when I use this daily. May 3, 2007
