Take two capsules of I.B.S. Part-I Intestinal Lining Support Morning Formula in the morning and 2 capsules of I.B.S. Part-II Bowel Support Evening Formula at night. Part-I Morning Formula is most effective if taken on an empty stomach, allowing 30 minutes before eating. Part-II Evening Formula should be taken before bed. Take Intestinal Bowel Support I & II for 30 days. Repeat system as needed.
