High quality, easy to swallow and no burps! These are big capsules but are remarkably easy to swallow! Even my very picky 15 yr old son takes these with no trouble. We have had no fishy burps and its good to know my family is healthier. I just wish they came in a larger quantity. The strangest thing about this product is that the bottle is very large but it is only filled up about a third of the way...not sure why this comes this way but all the capsules are in the bottle. Great Fish oil I have been taking these fish oil pills for almost six months now. I do think they are a good value for the amount if nutrition you are getting. I like that you only have to take one pill a day and that they have several omegas in them plus Vitamin D. Vitacost is less expensive on these than in the stores. I will keep ordering. Lots of free system DHA and EPA I'd been hunting for lots of free available DHA and EPA and this is it! For the amounts present, it's relatively burp free although it will leave a strange smell in your hand-almost metallic. Does not effect GI tract and has really keeled moods and perimenopausal swings.
