Good ingredients but is more of a fiber supplement Did not dissolve well in water, was clumping, good ingredients, did not really do a great job as a bowel cleanse, this is more of an additional fiber supplement, would recommend due to the quality ingredients as it may work well for others, but it did not do that great of a job for me.
