Don't bother I am looking for a replacement for Benefiber. This will eventually dissolve clear. But it clumps up into sticky mucus-like bits that never dissolve. I won't be using this again. April 3, 2013

Most Likely Effective, But Pricey I am following the Renew Life H.O.P.E. program and this was recommended as being insoluble and gentle to a woman's system. It is guaranteed to be dissolvable (yes) and clear (no) with absolutely no taste (no). It doesn't taste bad, but there is a taste to it. Also, for the price, I simply use chia seeds or ground flax which are also insoluble, but more affordable. November 15, 2012

Works Well I have been using this product for over a year. It definitely helps my bowel movements stay regular and well formed. It is tasteless and does not alter the texture of the food upon which I sprinkle it liberally. I try to use it every meal.
