Good Quality We added these bars to my husbands lunches after the Dr. said that he needed more fiber. They hold him better that the granola bars did, and the quality of ingredients are second to none. He's been eating them for about 3 years now and his colon check ups have been spot on! Pretty good high fiber bar I have been looking for bars that contain natural ingredients and a good amount of fiber. This is the highest fiber bar I've seen so far. At 160 calories, it is also less calories than many other bars out there. The price is a bit steep but sometimes when a product is unique, you can expect to pay a higher price. It also contains organic ingredients which contributes to the price as well. This is also one of the better tasting bars that I've tried and I'll definitely be buying these in the future as well as trying the other flavors. April 8, 2007
