Drink Quickly! I tried a number of different fibers and this seems to work the best for me. I like the mix of different fibers. The taste it good, I mix it with a little water. It does get thick rather quickly, so I drink it right away. It's not terrible when it's thick, just harder to drink. June 16, 2013
