Delicious way to get some extra omega-3's
I didn't believe it when I read that you can eat it out of the bag, but it's true. Tastes delicious and has a silky texture. I like tlo sprinkle it on my salads. They do get all over my teeth, however, so I'm flossing more (that's a good thing).

These are so little with a nice little crunch if adding them to yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, etc and virtually no flavor. The health benefits of chia seeds is amazing and I try to get 1-2 tablespoons per day. Great for regularily also.

I put one TBS in my smoothy every morning
I feel better since I have been taking chia life seeds. My digestion is better as well as my over all health. They really seem to help clean my system out. Easy way to get extra fiber and antioxidents. Good in morning orange juce as well.

Good Food Source
I throw a tablespoon in my Whey Shake in the morning. I like the little chewy seeds. They taste great and along with the flax I put in I am getting a good dose of Omega's to start the day. I also throw in some Salba Seed.

Great product, little to no taste, blends well in my morning smoothies (using a blender). So much easier to use than flax seed. Highly recommended!
