This product works. You still need to work out consistently especially on the ab area. It acts sort of turbo charge your belly fat burn. The only drawback is that the fish oil gives foul odor. I am a vegetarian, so I really don't care for the fish oil. I had tried the men sports which also works. The green ab cuts makes me sleepy.

I had to order another bottle of these because after four weeks of taking them, this was the only product of it's kind that I actually started to physically notice a difference! Excited to see more results!
