Rice Select Couscous Original Description
Quality Durum Wheat
Cooks in 5 Minutes
1 cup uncooked couscous
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp butter (optional)
1. In a medium saucepan bring water, salt, and butter to a boil.
2. Add couscous, stir quickly
3. Remove from heat and cover
4. Let stand for 4-5 minutes
5. Fluff with a fork before serving
Yields approximately 2 cups cooked couscous.
