Dose by weight if known, else by age. Repeat dose every 4-8 hours as needed. Dose (1 dropper full = 1ml):
Under 2 years of age (under 24 lbs)......... ask a doctor
2-5 years of age (24-47 lbs) ..............1/2 ml
6-11 years of age (48-95 lbs)............... 1ml
12 years of age to adult (over 95 lbs)........2 ml
