New formula is a good one! The new formula seems to work really well. It has a totally different smell when you open the bottle--in a good way! Smells a little minty. I am so relieved Ridgecrest finally got the sinus formula back on the market. I've tried a lot of different products and this is THE ONE! Only 4 stars since the new formula has a 2 capsule dose and the old formula was only a 1 capsule dose, so now it's 6 caps a day instead of 3. Quite a difference! September 28, 2012

Adults and children over age 12 take 2 capsules (ages 8-11, take 1 capsule). Repeat every 4-8 hours as needed. Results are felt within minutes or hours, and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try one capsule twice daily for maintenance.
