How to Brew White Tea
- Hot Tea -
By the cup - Use one tea bag for each cup of tea. Allow fresh cold water to come to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for one minute. Pour water over tea bag and steep 2-5 minutes.
By the pot - Rinse teapot with hot water to warm pot before preparing tea, and follow "by the cup" instructions.
- Iced Tea -
Place four tea bags in a teapot. Add one quart (4 cups) of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Pout into iced filled glasses. Serve with orange or lemon and sweetener if desired.
