Use this to thicken my breakfast fruit smoothie by adding 2 TBSP to about 10oz of water, let it sit in frig overnight (stir a couple of times as it is thickening .... add a little vanilla and SWEET LEAF, and you have an amazing healthy drink w/ a couple choices of fruit - mine is banana and berries.

BEST Chia, hands down!
Having tried several other brands (including Greens Plus Omega 3 and the NSI brand), I can say this is absolutely the best chia I've tried. It costs more than the others, but the quality the selective breeding brings means I don't have to use as much. It's amazing. I get the same results from 2 tablespoons of this that I did by taking 4 or more of the other. Plus, Salba is the one all the clinical testing was done on. Salba is the only one for me.

I have taken salba for 2 months now and my joints don't hurt like they use to. Also fills me up so I am not so hungry.
