Sam Mills Corn Grits Gluten Free Description
Bring 2 cups of cold water and ¼ tsp. of salt to a boil in a saucepan. Slowly add ½ cup of grits, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until mixture returns to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, until water is absorbed and mixture is thick. Serve, if desired, with margarine, butter or milk.
