Nice and SPICY Sauce This is a Nicely spiced Szechuan sauce and a Good Value as opposed to buying it in the grocery store. Love This Brand.!!.quality is wonderful and love the Taste.. spicey and tasty a bottle last a looooong time. all i need is a little to spice up a particular dish, meal, sauce, etc. the ingredients are not the "cleanest" in my book, however, i use so little so infrequently...that's fine. October 1, 2011
