Excellent taste
Good taste, seems very similar to soy sauce. We use it in stir fry all the time. They need to sell this as a 2 pack.

Won't go back to regular soy sauce
I've used this product for years, but it is expensive so I cringe when it is time to buy. I was thrilled to find it here at vitacost. It's still expensive as compared to regular soy sauce, but more reasonable (and convenient;)) than at the local healthfood store- it is not available in your average grocery store.
The product itself has a milder, yet richer flavor than standard soy sauce. In addition, regular soy sauce is like pouring flavored salt on your food, where this is plenty salty, but the highlight is the rich flavor and not the salt. Yummmm. We always order Chinese as take out because I miss using this when dining at the restaurant. Regular soy sauce is such a disappointment after becoming accustomed to this better taste.
